In the event we have to come back at a later time to wrap up a repair, there will not be an extra service fee. We estimate we can finish over 85% of our appliance repair appointments after the first trip.

Q. IS THERE A SERVICE WINDOW FOR AN APPOINTMENT?

A. Yes. We provide a 1-3 hour window for the technician to be at your house or apartment. We know how important your time is so do our best to arrive within the early part of our timeframe. That said, if an earlier appointment or repair lasts a lot longer than we thought it would, this timeframe allows our technician some time to still arrive on time during the service window. We always call 15-20 minutes prior to their arrival for notice.
